When you buy a scarf or a piece of clothing, what do you really know about it besides what is written on the tag? Who makes it? And What do we know about the maker’s lives? Where is it made? A little tag on the piece will give you the name of a country, but beyond that? And what about the process? Nowadays, many of the clothes you wear, especially the cheaper ones, have a story that few manufacturers would want to show their customers.

At Norlha, we are proud of being transparent; you can know who made your piece and the process behind its coming into being. Through this short film, we take you on a tour of our atelier so that you can follow the process; ordering, loading, weaving, dyeing, finishing. You see the makers, and their place of work.
